Exit the park running past the pump rooms and over the bridge - turn R onto Spencer Street and keep going straight past Victoria Park - at the roundabout/bridge bear left and run up Princes Drive - use the pedestrian crossing to cross straight over the big roundabout - take 2nd exit at the next roundabout heading past Shires retail park - keep going down Tachbrook Park Drive to the roundabout at the edge of Warwick Gates - turn L and run up towards the Hungry Horse pub, straight over the next roundabout - at the traffic lights turn L and run all the way down Tachbrook Rd - at the bottom (junction by train station) cross the road and run under the railway bridge - turn L back onto Avenue Rd - at the roundabout turn R onto Adelaide Rd -just after the pedestrian crossing turn R onto Dormer Place and back into pump room gardens.
