Circular Route - 6ml . Route 4 of the MK Council Family Guided Rides.

For families and people returning to cycling for health or fitness. Haven't ridden in a while? have kids with you? had some health issues? Join us on Sundays at 10.00am all summer 2017. The rides last 60-90 min on redways or quiet roads, no big hills (we just walk!).

From Apr to Sept 2017 MK Council have organised a range of cycle rides (3-10ml) across MK.
Led by experienced and trained Ride Leaders.
Tue 4.30-6.00pm at Furzton Lake
Sat 10-11.30am at MK Discovery Centre, Bradwell Abbey.
Sun 10-11.30am at Caldecotte Lake (Caldecotte Arms)
