Start at the gates near the Boat house and leave St Nicholas park turning R onto Banbury Rd. Go straight over the roundabout and then take a L at the traffic lights onto Jury St which turns into High St and then West St. Continue along past Paw Paw and stay on West St as it becomes Stratford Rd. Run past the Racehorse Pub and the BP Garage. Take the first right after the BP Garage onto Shakespeare Ave. Follow Shakespeare Ave, straight over the roundabout until you get to a T-junction. Turn R onto Hampton Rd. Continue to the end and then turn L onto Bowling Green St which turns into Theatre St. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (R) heading towards another  roundabout. At this roundabout take the 1st exit (L) and bear R onto The Butts. At the next junction turn L onto Smith St. At the end take a sharp R onto St Nicholas Church St and at the end turn L. Follow the road back to the park gates and keep running to the café.
