"Hey everyone, I am part of this amazing organization, Saskatoon Search and Rescue which helps find lost and missing people within the province of Saskatchewan! We are the people who are called in any hour of the day to search for your children, your grandparents, your wife or husband and any loved ones when the unfortunate happens and they are lost and in need. I'm asking all of you if interested in supporting my cause to donate to SSAR to help raise money to help us be the organization that we are and continue to assist our community. Every dollar counts even if only a dollar donation, and that is all I ask. I'm donating $100 of my own to show my commitment to this organization and hope that all of you donate at least a $1. For every $20.00 donation or more I’ll run 5 km and post it on my wall with your name, just email me your tax receipt and as proof. Thanks

About the Calorie Calculator
Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing.
