Exit the park by the flowers – turn R then R onto St Nicholas Church St – at the end use zebra crossings to cross 2 roads and run past shops on St Johns – shortly after turn L into Priory Park – run up the hill and bear L to stay on the path all the way around until you exit the park by a carpark – turn L to the main road then L onto Cape Rd and run up the hill – turn R and run down past the mini roundabout, church and big roundabout – keep going past Sainsbury’s then at the lights turn L onto Vittle Drive to the racecourse – run straight until there is an opening to the race track on your R – turn R and run anti-clockwise around the track for most a loop exiting at the main gate past the caravan park - cross over the main road onto Crompton St past the Forresters Arms pub – at the end turn L onto West St and run all the way through town – at the main traffic lights by Pizza Express turn R down past the castle and back into St Nics.
