1. From the Parkway Rec Center head towards Genesee St.
2. Turn left on Genesee St.
3. Follow Genesee St. to French Rd. Turn right on French Rd.
4. Follow French Rd to Chenango Rd. Turn left on Chenango Rd.
5. Follow Chenango Rd. to Rayhill Trail. Take the one that's on the left.
6. Follow Rayhill trail a little past the park. If you have a GPS then it will be about 3.93 into the run. Turn around and go back to Chenango Rd. Turn right onto Chenango Rd.
7. Follow Chenango Rd. to French Rd. Turn right on French Rd.
8. Follow French Rd. to Genesee St. Turn left on Genesee St.
9. Follow Genesee St. to Higby Rd. Turn right on Higby Rd.
10. Follow Higby Rd. to Oneida St. Turn left on Oneida St.
11. Follow Oneida St. to the Parkway. Turn right on the Parkway.
12. Run to the Parkway Rec Center where you started. Done.
