Description: Flat Road 10 K with one testing short climb at 4.4 mile ish
DIRECTION: Head down Stamford Road turning right at the bottom, continuing all the way along Wakefield Road towards Staley Bridge, at the junction , main traffic lights bear left onto Stamford street, towards the direction of Copley, turn left onto Huddersfield road continue past Copley and down the steep S bend, at the very bottom of the S bend turn direct left onto Spring Bank Lane continue along here and here is your sharp climb at the end, this will now bring you back onto Wakefield Road just up from Black Rock tunnel, turn righ and head back to Mossley, Train Station, or Stamford Road
