Rundweg Gittersdorf - Kreuzeiche
Von Obergeis bis zur Kreuzeiche knapp drei Kilometer langer, durchaus anstrengender Anstieg. Sonst nicht sonderlich schwierig.
An der Kreuzeiche (am Ende des langen Anstiegs) lädt eine Schutzhütte zur Rast ein.
Zwischen Kreuzeiche und Gittersorf muss im Wald die Autobahn A7 durch einen zwei Meter hohen, etwas mehr als einen Meter breiten Tunnel unterquert werden - dort meist etwas rutschig, da es sich auch um einen Wasserdurchlass handelt; Fahrrad hier schieben!
Nach der Unterquerung der Autobahn führt die Strecke weg von der Autobahn durch den Wald entlang eines Baches. Im Verlauf passiert man eine Waldwiese, die als Rinderweide genutzt wird und einen Fischteich, dann geht es über das Feld weiter bis nach Gittersdorf.Kleine Rundstrecke von Gittersdorf über Obergeis zur Kreuzeiche und durch den Wald zurück.
