I start at Big T Cleaners, walking along Leeds Road. Leave Leeds Road, taking the foot path behind the houses into the fields. Before you get to the farm take the foot path that turns left across the field and into the trees. Keep turning right, past the farm and back to the path where you left to go into the trees. Instead of going back on yourself turn left onto the other footpath through the field on the opposite side of the path. Keep following it until you come to a cross roads, straight in up the hill, follow the path until you come out at Gawthorpe. Turn right, go through Gawthorpe to Owl lane. Turn right and walk up to Leeds road. Turn left, walk back to Big T Cleaners. Done! This would be a good circular to end at one of the pubs in Gawthorpe, especially if someone can pick you up!
