This can happen for a number of reasons:
- If you have just upgraded your account, there may have been a delay in our system receiving the payment confirmation. Please sign out and sign back in again to refresh your login session.
- If you are using a browser bookmark to the Route Planner that you created when you were using a Standard account, you should replace this with a new bookmark to the Premium Route Planner, as the Standard and Premium Route Planners are different products.
- If you left the website open in a browser tab and haven't used it for a while, it is possible that you login session may have expired before you navigated to the Route Planner. Please sign out and sign back in again to refresh your login session.
