Garmin Communicator Plug In FORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

Hi Mark - We haven't changed anything at our end but unfortunately browsers are starting to withdraw support for plugins like the Garmin Communicator plugin that we use on this site and it looks like Chrome is leading the way with this.  The plugin should still work in all other major browsers at the moment, so you could try using a different browser for this.  Alternatively, you can download routes as TCX files and simply copy them to your Garmin Edge - we have further information in our post on Downloading Routes to a Garmin Edge.  I'll put a message up on the route planner to highlight that the direct Garmin Download is no longer compatible with Chrome.

What has happened to this great site. What was a simple task (downloading a route to my Garmin Edge) is now virtually impossible. I am using Chrome as my browser and firstly I am told to get Garmin Plug In ( this is already installed), but when I play along I am told my system does not support!!!!!!! I did not have this issue last year and it is ruining a brilliant site for me. Any thoughts,
