Its looking good at the moment, seems to have down loaded map this time but lost some roads, just looking into that now.

Hi Bev - I've just spotted a bug in the download program that may have been causing the problem. I've put in a fix, so would you mind trying again please?
We did implement a new release recently that added several new features, including our new Route Timer. This sets the Virtual Partner timings in the downloaded route, so it's possible that there is a bug in this somewhere, but if you haven't turned the Timer feature on there should be no change to how it was before we implemented this release. Leave it with me and I'll do some testing here on a Garmin Edge and see if I can reproduce the problem.
I ahve tried this but no joy. I have never had to do this before just hit the button and its downloaded no problem, have you changed anything????
Hi Bev - Can you try downloading and transferring the route file manually following the steps in this forum post on Downloading Routes to a Garmin Edge? This is easy to do and most people prefer this approach. Hopefully this will resolve the problem with the route map. Please do let us know.
