Hi Bev - I've just tried downloading a route to Garmin device here using the direct Garmin downlaod option that you were using and it worked OK for me.  Can you let me know what Garmin device you are using please?

1st I save the route, then press the down load option on the left handside options bar, it find the garmin, then press the download option it then says download complete, I remove garmin and in the route is in courses and is named but there is no map or anyother info such as elevations etc to see.

What options are you selecting when you download the route from plotaroute.com?  And what Garmin device are you using?

I have tried to load  the route onto my garmin, it goes though all the right motions but when I look on my garmin there is no map of route or route to follow though the name of route is logged.???

Hi Bev - That route downloaded OK for me.  Myabe I haven't understood the problem correctly?  Can you describe the steps to reproduce the problem please?

Its 113686 36mi to Shoreham and also Pretend 18mi.  Bev 

Hi Bev - Sounds like it might be connected to the particular route you are trying to download.  Can you let me now which one it is please and I'll try it here?

After I have plotted a route and saved, then down load to my garmin, it saves the name and start of route but thats it no map or anyother details. It has been fine before. Can you help please?
