    Thanks for flaging this up Jacqui. I haven't seen this happen myself or had any other reports of this, so I'm not sure what is causing it.  I assume you are using Safari as your browser?  Is there a way of reliably reproducing the problem - if so can you let me know so that I can try it here?  Does it tend to happen after doing something in particular or does it just seem random?  Do you have any browser extensions installed - sometimes these can cause stability issues like this and disabling them may help.

    I'm getting so frustrated that, in the middle of plotting a route the map or site crashes, often 2-3 times, with the message "a problem has occurred and the site needs to reload" which then takes me back to front page. This happens regardless of whether I'm signed in or not, and whether I'm using desktop iMac or iPad. 

    I'm a decent signal area and have no problems with other sites. 

    Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve?
