Loading hill data never finnishesFORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

I am trying to use the "route timer" feature for my route https://www.plotaroute.com/route/192077

The problem is that it never finnishes loading "hill data".

The track is from an imported GPX file that has elevation data in it.

Any sugestions on what to do to get the route timer to work?

Hi Jimmy - We don't import and store elevation data from GPX files and I'm afraid we don't have elevation data for that area of Sweden.  The route timer should work though if you untick the Adjust for Hills box..

Thanks Mikhail.  The problem we have is that this data is in a different format to the other data we use, so it would involve a lot of work and complexity to add this coverage.  Given that there are lots of competing requests for enhancements, I think there are probably other feature requests that most people would rather see.  I've added it to the Feature Requests list though (number 50), so that people can vote for this if the like.

Google earth has elevation data for this area if that is easier to use.
