    Hi Jay - Thanks for confirming the browser you are using.  Did you have any success with reducing the print margins in your Printer Settings and/or your browser Print Settings?

    I'll have a look into the white strip issue you mentioned.

    I am using google chrome. I tried it in internet explorer with the same issue. Also sometimes I will zoom in on a map and try to print and certain sections of the map is whited out meaning nothing is printing out except for a white strip lengthwise

    Hi Jay - I think your printer probably has a smaller print area on the page than we are allowing for, hence the overspill onto subsequent pages. What browser are you using?  I suggest changing the print margins in your browser's print setting or your printer's print settings to make the margins smaller.  Google Chrome has an option to do this if you click "More Settings" from the print options panel.

    I have uninstalled, re installed, downloaded latest drivers to no avail. I am trying to print out a 10K in 5 pages but everytime I try to print in either lanscape or portrait, IT WILL NOT LINE UP! About the second page it starts to blend into the third page and by the 5the page I have 2 pages on one sheet witha  break in the middle. CAN ANYONE HELP!!!
