Hi Cathi - we don't have that device here but from a bit of online research it looks like it will only accept files in Lawrance USR format.  Your best option is to download the route from plotaroute.com in one of the available formats (currently GPX, TCX or KML) and then use a convertor to convert it to the Lawerence format.  You can then copy it to your device.  There are a number of file convertors available but a popular free one is GPSBabel.
