Hi Simon - I've received the images you sent but can't seem to be able to reproduce the problem here.  Can you try clearing your browser's cache and then trying again?  Chrome would be the best browser to use.  Otherwise, I'm wondering if it's connected with the print driver you have installed or some other software on your computer.

    Hi there,

As per the email, I have checked on multiple browsers - Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Both have similar issues once an attempt is made to print. the break up of the map layer. This also happens if I try to print to .PDF I have tried all these options through both browsers and although the break up of the map layers, is different, essentially, the issue remains.

    Thank you for your response.

    Simon.

Hi Simon - Can you let me know what browser you are using please?  It would be worth trying a different browser if you are having printing problems.  I'll email you directly as well as it would be helpful to see the images.

    Hi there,

I have been trying to print off my maps to be used for a scouting walk but I noticed, when I printed that the maps do not properly align. Although most of the route is useable there are sections where the maps do not properly line up which means that effectivly we are not able to use the maps.

Has anyone had this issue before? is there a fix? I love using this software but I wont be able to continue to use it if I am not able to print off route cards.

I have images but could not find a way to attache them to my post. but I could email them out id that helps.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Simon.
