Share a link to my routesFORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

When I click on share from the route view page the line where the link should be displayed is blank.  There is the embedded data for embedding on a web page but there is no link.

Hi Martin - thanks for flagging this up.  I can't seem to be a able to produce the problem so I'm wondering if it only affects a certain route.  Can you let me know which route you were trying to share please?

It happens with all my created routes.  I originally tried ID xxx292 and the link line was blank.  I then looked at most of the other routes and they were blank also.  I'm able to share by copy and pasting the url from the address bar at the top of the page.

That's odd as it seems to be OK here.  Can you let me know what browser you are using please?

I use Firefox.  I tried Chrome and the link appears with that browser.  It must be a problem with Firefox.  Perhaps I need to clear the cache and cookies.

It seems to work OK for me here in Firefox (version 54.0.1) - it might be worth checking you have the latest version of Firefox.

Yes, I have the latest Firefox version. 

I'm afraid I don't have an answer then Martin as it works OK in Firefox here.  You could try disabling any browser plug-iins you may have installed.
