    Can you give me a bit more information about what happens please?  Is the problem just with one route in particular?  We have't had any other reports of issues saving routes, so I think it could be something in the route you're saving that's causing the problem - maybe an unusual character in the name of the route, the directions or the notes.

    I am unable to save routes. Only redeem points and thereafter does not save
