Ads make it unusable FORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

If you get any adverts that cover the screen it should be possible to close these by clicking the cross in the top right corner of the advert.  If you're getting an advert that can't be closed for some reason, would you be able to send me me a screenshot please via our Contact Us page and I'll have a look into it?

This Home Depot add covers the entire screen.  I can’t plot anything.  I thought suspending the ads would make it useable.

Sorry about this everyone, there is a problem yesterday with the way some of the adverts are displaying on mobile devices.  We've suspended these ads while we look into it.

I have saved routes that I wish to look at and edit, however,  account Ad HOG, I can't see them. AD Takes up bottom of screen, no where to make it disappear.  I can't even see what I'm now typing. Please fix!

Thanks for flagging this up Scott.  Adverts are the main way we fund the site but obivously they shouldn't make the site difficult to use, so I'll look into it and see what we can do.  There should at least be a way to close the advert you're seeing, so I'm not sure why that's not happening.

• Just started using uour site and loved it. On mine and sevel other people android after uou open your site  an add takes up the bottom half of the screen making it unusable. Even typing  this was hard the add moved to the top of the screen blocking what i was typing. Tried switching to desktop view i  gives an x to close when i switch back the add comes backand you cant get to the x.
