Hi all

Brand new to plotaroute and I'm trying to simply delete a point (labelled "3" or "D", as the case may be).

I clicked this point by mistake, but I don't want to go there at all.

How do I simply remove it?

Hi Darren,

You can use either the Delete Section or the Replot Section feature to delete points - click the toolbox symbol in the corner of the route planner map to access these.

Perhaps you could share what you found Gary??  I am trying to do exactly that now, delete superflous points in just a small section of my route. 

Nevermind. Found it.

Is there a way to delete extra points when editing a route in drag mode? When shortening a route or significantly changing something, it would be so much easier to delete some points rather than click and dragging all of them between the points you want to change.
