To me it's fixed, thank you very much!

We've located the source of the problem, which was the Content Delivery Network (CDN) that we use.  We haven't been able to idenitify what the exact cause was or why some people were affected and not others, so we've decided to move to a different CDN provider altogether.  Hopefully this should have resolved the issues for everybody and things should now be working OK. Sorry to anyone who was affected by this.

Thanks, noticed that if i connect through VPN to the US - then it works fine. From Norway it does not work (with or without VPN).

Hi Oyvind - We're aware of a problem on the site at the moment that if affecting a very small minority of people (about 1%). The loading progress bar at the top of the route planner should reach the right hand side and then disappear but if if it doesn't it means that some of the files haven't loaded correctly, so it won't work.  We're looking into the problem try to get it resolved as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll post back here when we have further information.

Hi, for the last days i am no longer able to plot.

When attempting to put in the first way point by clicking on the map, nothing happens. Same if i try to change Auto-Plot function.

Orange and black loadbar on top of screen never finish, so that might be the reason.

Problem takes place on different computers, mobile phones and also different browsers (IE/Chrome)

Clicking button when trying to create a new bug at the forum is not responding either.

    Please advice.

    Oyvind

I think we've found the problem - it was only affecting the mobile version of the site. It should be working OK now. Thanks for flagging this up.

I’ve been having the same problem today. Managed to plot the route by using the bike option, but couldn’t plot anything on foot. It’s definitely not an issue with the path - I’m trying to plot a run I did from my house and I’ve done it loads of times before.

Its working OK here Pat.  It could be that the section of the path you're trying to plot on is not marked on the map database as suitable for walking, so you would need to temporarily turn the Auto-Plot switch off.
