Hi Oliver - We've found the problem and put in a fix. There was a bug in our upload process that only occurred with GIF files. Most photos are in JPG format, so that's why we didn't spot it initially. Hopefully it should work OK now but let us know if not.
Hi, Thanks for the reply - I tried to upload just one photo today - Windows 10 - IE, Chrome and also Firefox.
Used the photos right-hand pane - upload photos option left-hand pane.
What to do?
I can see on our system that these photos didn't upload correctly for some reason. I can't tell why. We had a lot of photos uploaded yesterday and yours were the only ones that failed for some reason. How did you upload them? Can you let us know what device and browser you were using and we'll see if we can work out what happened? In the meantime, I'd recommend trying to upload them again using a different browser.
I've uploaded some photo's but they are showing as blank boxes after upload - why?
