Over the last 3 days, I've experienced a problems loading your site and then, when loaded, the routes do not plot correctly. A straight line down a road for 3-4 km diverts itself to sidestreets on its own.  Are you undergoing maintenance, as this is far from the usual reliability of your website.

Hi Rob - If you get unexpected detours down side streets when plotting, this normally hbapopens because you have accidentally clicked on the side street.  To avoid this it is best to zoom in closer when plotting and to click away from junctions. Also, reduce the distance between the points you plot, to avoid being routed off the road you want to follow, as our plotter takes the shortest route between points, so this could result in side roads being used if that would make the route shorter.
