Is there a problem with OS maps? Either not loading or when loaded behave strangely when zooming and trying to navigate. Have to close app and restart to get app to behave as normal

Is this happening when editing a route in the route planner or when viewing a route?  We had a problem yesterday with OS maps on the mobile version of the route planner, which has now been fixed, so hopefully it should be working OK now. 

Just checked and still messing around. 

OS map loads initially but when I try to plot it disappears. Zoom out and overview UK map loads, zoom in to 50k etc but now can only move map using two fingers and therefore does not plot. 

Don't need to plot on OS but like to switch back and forth to check what is a footpath, bridleway etc

p.s using mobile version as no PC

Can you have another try Paul? We think we've found the problem - there was an issue when pinch zooming the map beyond the maximum zoom level. Hopefully it should be working better now.
