Hi, I've got a New computer & I can't find a way to get my cursor to stay on when I try to plot a route, blinking thing vanishes when I move it. Very probably pilot error but wondering if anyone else is having this problem? Been without a PC for nearly a month So don't know if this is a new thing or not. Any help, much appreciated.

Hi Allan - I've not heard of that happening before. I don't think it's connected with our website -  it sounds more like an issue with your computer. What operating system and browser are you using? I'd recommend trying a different browser to see if this make any difference and if possible a different mouse. 

Hi, thanks for your reply. My daughter popped round & sorted it out. It's an issue with Firefox, she downloaded chrome & it was works fine on that browser.
