That's odd. Would you be able to send us a a screenshot via our Contact Us page please? Also, did you use Chrome to install the app or a different browser?

Thanks for your reply, when I select Plot a Route at the bottom or in the menu, I still am not usually getting the Auto Plot switches ??

When the app first loads after signing in it will just display a local map for orientation, without the plotting controls. To get the plotting controls, like the Auto-Plot switches you mentioned, select Plot a Route form the bottom tab bar or menu.

I have it always at bottom of screen when I'm editing a route. [Off/By road/On foot/By bike]

I have used the website version and now am trying the android app. I don't know the name of the menu bar where you can select the way routes are selected (walking, biking or off (point to point)). The menu is not usually visible, but seems to show up randomly. Is there a way to always show that menu when creating a new route?
