Unable to see route distance and undo buttons FORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

We've implemented a workaround for this, which we think has overcome the problem. Let us know if this has helped. 

Yes, we're hoping that Apple will implement a fix quickly. In the meantime, we're investigating whether we can develop some sort of workaround until they do so.

Hi yes I'm on 15.4 on safari but it is also happening on the chrome browser. I guess I'll have to wait a see if the next update resolves the issue 

Hi Martin - are you using version 15.4 of Safari? We believe there is a bug in this latest version of Safari that can cause map overlays to be hidden underneath the map when the map is dragged. It seems to be very intermittent and we haven't been able to reproduce it here, but some other users have. Hopefully Apple will sort it out in the next update, but in the meantime we'd recommend using a different browser like Chrome for now.  

I've recently upgraded to premium membership, however now when I create a route after plotting 2-3 points, the Locate map, auto plot,map type, route distance and undo/clear widgets all disappear from the screen and are not visible unless you hold your finger on the map to display them again
