    We recommend ticking the box to stay signed in when you enter your sign in details, to avoid your login session expiring, which is probably what happened on this occasion.

    There I was...new ear buds in, navigate on. No voice. Though logged in and paid up I couldn't access the button for this. Had to sign out and back in.
