Because our organization has no budget for Premium products, we have to survive on free applications.  As all of our routes are in the mountains away from city maps, we will have to find some other way to show Satellite overviews some other way.. Your product fit our needs perfectly untill now.

Absolutely! Now if only it could be overlaid with What3words addresses, perfection could be achieved in one platform

As most people are probably aware, global economic conditions have resulted in large cost increases for businesses. Following some recent increases, we have been forced to remove the Satellite Map option from our free service. They are still available to Premium members, who are not affected by this change.

We understand this will be disappointing to some regular users of the site, but the alternative was to ask Premium members to cover the costs by increasing our Premium membership fees and we didn't feel that this was fair. Our Premium membership is very competitively priced at only £20 (GBP), $27 (USD) or €24 (EUR) for a whole year, so you can still access satellite maps for the whole planet at a very low cost, as well as all the other benefits that Premium membership provides. In addition, all our other standard maps (Street Map, Terrain Map, Trails Map, Cycle Map and Transport Map) are still available free of charge.

We always strive to provide as much as we can for free but also to keep our Premium membership prices low at the same time, so that our services as accessible as possible. It's an ongoing balancing act and we are of course very dependent on the pricing of our suppliers, so we hope you'll understand why sometimes it's necessary to make changes like this.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
