Some users have encountered this issue recently, and it seems to be related to the security features of some ISPs, mainly Virgin Media and Sky Broadband.

Have a look at this topic and see if the workarounds help.

Hi plot a route. Some map types are not loading anymore. The street and terrain maps are fine but I just get a blank page with trail or OS maps. It used to work fine.
