About Me
I've been on a bike since I was a toddler. My first grand tour was a ride from Chico (CSUC graduate in 1976) to Vancouver. Youth is wasted on the young.
I've toured the San Juan Islands in route from Seattle to Vancouver. Too bad the Princess Margarete ferry is no longer in operation. There were several nice beverage dispensing venues for the passage back to Seattle from Vancouver.
I've toured the Western States with a core group of knuckleheads over nearly two decades.
I currently live in Central California (Merced) and frequently ride the hills to the east with a slightly less knuckle-headed crew.
With the recent acquisition of a Kawasaki Versys, I have another mode by which to enjoy these rides!
My next project is to log my backpack trips.
