When printing a route & setting Information, Profile, Directions & Photos to No X I get 3 pages with numbers 1 & 3 blank & number 2 giving the desired map.

I can't remenber this happening before, is this a bug or is it me?

Hi John - thanks for flagging this up, a bug crept in when we did the recent upgrade for printing photos.  I've found the cause of the blank page 3 and have put in a fix for this.  The fix could take up to 24 hours to take effect on all routes.  However, I can't reproduce the blank page 1.  If this is still happening can you let me know which page you are printing from please?

I can't seem to be able to reproduce this problem here John.  Can you confirm what settings you have chosen in the print panel please?

    Thanks,

    John

Just tried Google Chrome & it solves it.

Very strange because I've always used Cyberfox before.

It's hard to know why that's happening in your Cyberfox browser.  I'm afraid it's not practical for us to test the site in every browser as we don't have the capacity, so we recommend using the site with one of the leading browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer.

Firefox has the same end result as Cyberfox.

I will be using Chrome in future.

    Thanks for your help.

I think I've found the cause of the unexplained blank first page when printing routes in certain browsers.  I've put in a fix and it seems to be working OK in Firefox now, so hopefully it's also OK in Cyberfox.

I am trying to print a route where I have two traces, these are on my account as a collection. The two traces were generated using 2 separate gps devices and show on my map as red and blue traces. The reason for this is to show where a trail layer has been and to compare it with the route taken by a search dog in finding the trail layer. When I try to print to pdf as a record of the exercise I can only select one of the trails in the collection and can not get the overlay effect I am looking for. Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi David - I'm afraid it's not currently possible to print multiple routes on one map; routes in a collection can only be printed individually. The only way of doing this would be to take a screenhot and edit it with image editing software.

That is a shame, will need to look for a different solution, not sure screen shot will cut it for what I need.
