Are you using the site on a mobile device or a desktop computer? We're aware of an issue with the download process that is affetcing a handful of people on mobile devices, but we haven't been abke to reproduce the problem here yet, so it's hard to track diwn the cause. Trying an alternative browser may help.
I'm using the free version. I created a route, saved and then downloaded. Worked perfectly. Next time I tried it comes up with unable to download. The routes save fine. But wont let me download . Any ideas? Thanks
