Thanks for your response. My problem this morning seems to have been resolved. 

Can you provide some more information George? In particular the steps to reproduce the problems and what you are seeing on the screen.

I am unable 1.to bring up the map to create a route 2. My bookmarked location is not recognised.please advise. George.

What was the location setting set to George when you followed the steps I gave below?

Sorry, still no joy. Have tried very thing you suggest. As you say I must have denied my location P-a-R.

What is Location setting set to when you following the steps below?

• Go to www.plotaroute.com in Safari
• Click the AA icon in the address bar
• Select Website Settings
• Check the Location setting

Thanks for your help. However everything you suggest has been done to no avail. When clicking bookmark a blank screen appears with the start A when clicking the other icon "sorry a problem occurred trying to locate you. Please try searching for the name of the place you want to find". Any further suggestions?
