Cannot upload my routeFORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

I have a route in a standard KML and GPX format, but I cannot upload any of them to Plotaroute. It stops at 99% and says: Unable to read the uploaded file. Please check that it is in a compatible format.

Could you please fix it?

Hi Adam - It seems to work OK for me here.  I just tried uploading the route in Firefox and Chrome and both worked fine.  I've uploaded the route to your account.  I'm not sure why it's not working for you - I'll do some investigation and report back if I manage to find the source of the problem.  In the meantime, it may be worth trying an alternative browser.  Also, it may help to clear your browser's cache.

I don't know whether this is still active, but I am having the SAME problem. Using Mac, tried both Safari and Chrome. Loading to 99% then saying "Unable to load th file". It is in GPX format and was created with Plotaroute before I registerered. I have changed the file name to "Test.gpx" so so spaces, special characters or filename length issues are going to be likely. Please could somebody help? THanks!
