    Turn left once you exit Purdy Gym. turn left onto 1.5mi track. Go thru v-court. turn left on sidewalk. follow onto brick sidewalk and continue on. follow road as it curves left. turn right past the baseball fields. Follow around and turn left to go thru the tunnel toward the ship but take first left right after. Follow curve around behind the NEX and then turn right. Take Left back toward Purdy but keep running straight to the bay sidewalk again and comee back down thru the v-ball court and 1.5mi track. 3mi ends at corner leading to front of gym.
