Great run to start in the morning. City paved Trails mixed with city streets. Bring water but lots of gas stations to stop at to use the bathroom and get water. Be careful because some of these roads can be busy. On some of the busy roads I ran stoplight to stoplight to get some speed work in because it takes a few minutes of waiting to get across the intersection. This route you can add more miles by adding more park trails to it that I didn't get on because it was starting to get hot. It has little to no shade so I got a nice sun burn. Due to the no shade and sunburn i was able to set a new PR because i was trying to get back to my vehicle so bad. The trail sections tend to have lot of people walking and running. I found out that in Cottleville golf carts are a big deal as everyone was driving them up and down the trails and sidewalks. They are very respectful but it sucks because you just want to jump on one and ride for awhile. Ice cream shops along the way had me wishing I had some money. Overall nice run and hopefully a killer tan if I play my cards right. This route is not for kids as the streets can be busy. Questions just ask.

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
