    Grove green road away from green man. Turn left into CannHall Road. Follow forward crossing Leytonstone high street at war memorial and through small green to harrow road and Parkrun pavilion. Inside flats notes to Lakehouse road. Cross and continue anti-clockwise round flats to centre road. Cross and continue anti clockwise to forest drive. Left to Aldersbrook road. At row of shops, take Wanstead Park Avenue to Wanstead Park and enter where the tea hut is. Straight ahead to the temple. Temple on your right take the grave road (warren road) up to the warren road car park. Continue along warren road to Redbridge lane west, and left up to the top of the hill. Turn right and run past Wanstead station and onto the high street. Continue on left hand side of high street and at traffic lights crossroads junction (before the central line) turn left into new Wanstead. Continue straight to green man roundabout. Take the subways to the top of Leytonstone high street. Right just after McDonalds into Gainsborough road. Follow main road round the bend to the left just past Tesco’s and down the hill to rejoin grove green road and Leytonstone station bus station.
