    23/23 out and back social jeffing route, with run backs to walkers

    Remember to turn around and head back along the route after 23 mins or at 7.38pm

    Group starts with a short walk and ends with a short walk. From Tesco, group walk past Chinese & sorting office and down Priory Rd (group run run:walk starts just after the zebra crossing) continue down Priory Road follow it round to the right.

    Cross over go down the road at the side of the Lighthouse shop. Right briefly onto Paradise Rd, then left onto Nelson Avenue.
    Through the walkway/alley to Maple

    RUNBACK top of Maple before you go down the hill

    Down Maple, right onto Willow Road follow it round and up

    RUNBACK top of Willow before you join Wimbotsham Road
    Left along Wimbo Rd

    RUNBACK end Wimbo Rd before you go up Kingfisher

    On the way back when run:walkers get to the zebra crossing, RUNBACK to the walkers and walk back in with them for a group walk finish.
