    Start at home, run down Westgate, along Northgate and up Wormald Street.

    Enter Cemetery at gate, turn left and run up path, then running down and up each alternate path. when arriving at opposite gate, run up the final path and along the whole top of the cemetery, exiting the cemetery on to Longcroft.

    Run along Longcroft and down the path which takes you past the children's play area. Run along Cemetary walk and join Highlands Avenue.

    Run along Highlands Avenue and down to its junction with Somerset Road. Run down Somerset Road and up Benomley Road, looping around Benomley Crescent before rejoining Somerset Road.

    Run to the top of Somerset Road and double-back on yourself to join Town End. Run along Town End before forking right on to Bank End Lane. Run along Bank End Lane before turning left on to Far View Bank.

    Run along Far View Bank, looping clockwise around Far View Crescent. Leave Far View Bank, run back along Bank End Lane and Town End to rejoin Northgate.

    Run along Northgate, and the run is complete when you reach the War Memorial. Use the walk back to home as a warm down.
