    Starting point - tilgate small car park - bottom of hill opposite where you go to run up entrance big hill from road.
    Run through woods passing athletics track on right passed k2 and cross road and enter broadfield Park.
    Go around the park following path, with school on your right.. Through woods to woodmans Hill broadfield.
    Turn right down hill towards stadium, turn right as if you were going to stadium but turn left before at bus barriers and run along broadfield Brook..
    This will bring you out at horsham road.
    Cross road and turn left and then at roundabout turn into bewbush drive.
    Follow bewbush drive and turn right into Mowbray Road... Turn left into ifield mill pond car park... Go into the park.

    Over forest Bridge on left. Follow to bewbush water Gardens - Cross road into water Gardens. Follow lake all way round add come out again on road where you entered water Gardens.
    Turn left up bridle path.. Overnight small bridge continue passed ifiled mill pond and building. You will end up on Hyde drive. Turn right and continue on Rusper Road until you meet tangmere where you turn right.
    At top of the road cross over and run down path passing ICC sports areas (on your left) follow around to left and then turn right under tunnel into snell hatch.
