    Remember to turn around and head back along the route after 23 mins or at 7.38pm

    Group starts with a short walk and ends with a short walk.

    From Tesco, group walk up Ryston End (group run:walk starts near the top of Ryston End) continue along Ryston Close and right down Crow Hall Estate

    RUNBACK at the bottom of Crow Hall Estate before crossing the road

    Bottom of Crow Hall Estate right and then left down Park Lane
    Right down Revell Road
    Right onto Burnham Road

    RUNBACK before you go left onto Trafalgar Road

    Left onto Trafalgar
    Left onto Priory Road and through the path to Southfields

    RUNBACK before you go right down Hamilton Way

    Right down Hamilton Way and along Richmond Road

    On the way back when run:walkers get to the bottom of Ryston End/Opposite the Live and Let Live pub, RUNBACK to the walkers and walk back in with them for a group walk finish.
