    Remember to turn around and head back along the route after 23 mins or at 7.38pm

    From Tesco, group walk up Howdale, run walk starts nr the nursing home/Drs

    Half way up Howdale take a right up Rouses Lane (dirt road)
    Along Rouses Lane past cemetery and allotments
    Left up Stonecross
    RUN BACK where Stonecross meets Bexwell Rd

    Right onto Bexwell Rd
    Left down Hillcrest, past primary school

    RUNBACK at the play equipment just past the primary school


    follow rd down Civray Avenue


    RUN BACK at Ruskins Place (nr the next lot of play equipment)

    Left down Rabbit Lane
    RUN BACK where Rabbit Lane meets Bexwell Rd

    On the way back when same RUNBACK points. Run:walkers get to the nursing home/Drs, RUNBACK to the walkers and walk back in with them for a group walk finish.
