    Descriptif : randonnée difficile, à la découverte de la chaîne de l’Argentine et de son fameux miroir très prisé des alpinistes. Itinéraire typique de la région des Alpes vaudoises.

    Itinéraire

    Depuis Solalex prendre la direction du refuge Giacomini et du col des Essets. Une fois au col au des Essets, redescendre en direction de La Vare jusqu’à la bifurcation pour Solalex, Bovonne, La Motte. Par la suite toujours suivre Roc du Châtelet, Solalex, jusqu’au point de départ.

    Cet itinéraire peut se faire dans les deux sens. Après une période de pluie il est recommandé de le parcourir dans le sens Roc du Châtelet, La Motte, La Vare (sens contraire de l’itinéraire décrit). Certains passages nécessitent un pied sûr. Bâtons de marche recommandé. De mi-mai à fin septembre, il y a des chiens de protection de troupeau sur l’Alpage du Cheval Blanc/ La Vare
