    1. Leave the Octobase and head WEST on 510 (Wabasso Rd.)
    2. At about 1.1 miles, you will turn left into what appears to be someone's driveway. Go about 1/10th of a mile down the driveway and you will see an access into a trail system to your right. Follow the signs to Tony Robinson Park Trail Head, where you will meet your crew.
    3. Pro Tip-on the way out to the trail head, keep the river on your left side at all times. Never cut in and head west, until you have passed the dock and sat on "Berny's Bench".
    4. At about 2.5 miles, you will come across a dock that goes out on the river. At the end of the dock is "Berny's Bench". YOU MUST go out on that dock and sit on "Berny's Bench" before continuing.
    5. Turn around at the Tony Robinson Trail Head and return by following the signs or this map.

CREW STOP at the Tony Robinson Trail Head.

    CALCULATE CALORIES

    About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
