Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.
When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.
Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.

Franklin PA to Bethlehem OH (near a Harley dealership).
Route 04 continues south for 202 KM, it ends at a Harley shop in Bethlehem; Valley Harley-Davidson. It’s a short back track to the start of route 05 from here. We begin on 15th St Franklin PA then head south on PA-8 towards Harrisville.47 KM in to ride we turn right onto PA-528 south. We do a few jogs on smaller roads to take us onto US-19 South. Only on US-19 for a few KM then off onto a few smaller roads to eventually hit PA-68 south/southwest. We stay on here for a bit and go through Rochester PA crossing the Ohio River to get back on the PA-18. We continue on PA-18 for about 40 KM where we eventually cross into West Virginia. We ride on Colliers Way again on smaller roads towards Beech Bottom along the Ohio River. We continue on here and eventually cut off onto the Interstate 470 E ramp to US 250 South for less than 1 KM. Watch out for exit 2 to take us to Bethlehem. We finish as the Valley Harley-Davidson.
