    08:30 start at Locking Parklands - Budgens -Morrisons, past Worle Parkway - Sainsbury’s. Through North Worle - Wick st Lawrence, past the Ebdon Arms pub to old Wick St Lawrence. 1 x LAP of old Wick from the little stone bridge and back.

    Pick up the cycle path at Ebdon Road junction with Bluebell Road Wick st Lawrence - Riverbank Medical Centre - Walford Ave (junior Parkrun start/finish) this will be just under HALFWAY!

    From Walford Avenue park - Queensway - Worle High Street - Station Road - New Bristol Road - Milton Road - Ewart Road cycle path. Pop out by Nuffield Gym then head to seafront via Carlton Street

    From Carlton Street to Royal Sands toilets/beach huts and then a 5K LAP to Knightstone Island and back (note: Weston beach race this weekend)!

    From the Royal Sands - Uphill - small lap of Uphill - Broadoak school - The Broadway - Winterstoke Road - Haywood Village paths - The Runway - Landing Light - FINISH!
