Instrucciones para “direcciones y notas” de las rutas
Las rutas fueron trazadas en una herramienta web que permite añadir notas técnicas.
La ruta puede descargarse a cualquier aplicación de viaje (GPX, KML, TCX, FIT), para recorrerla con apoyo de algún dispositivo georeferenciadas.
Para la revisión de ruta se recomienda usar la herramienta “direcciones / notas”, que permite ver las indicaciones hechas al recorrido, con sólo teclear sobre la señalización en el mapa o bien abriendo la pestaña correspondiente.
Se recomienda hacerlo desde un ordenador (pc, lap top), así la visualización del mapa y “direcciones / notas” sea más cómoda .
Una vez desplegada la ventana “direcciones / notas” se encontrarán:
1 .Señalamientos en VERDE: que indican sentido,circulación y carriles.
2. Señalamiento azul: P, en los puntos donde se considera necesaria la presencia de personal de la SSC.
3. Señalamientos Amarillos: para estaciones de servicio y biciescuelas.
4. Señalamientos Rojos: para cruceros que requieren especial atención, cierre de paso a vehículos, intervenciones con cruces seguros.
La ruta y las “direcciones / notas” se pueden imprimir directamente desde la página web, sin pérdida de información.

About the Calorie Calculator
Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.
When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.
Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
